We recommend our renters obtain additional insurance through their insurance provider.We recommend locating camp sites with water/sewer hook ups or dump stations for ease of use. Fees will be charged for units returned with full waste tanks.Other things to note**$500 damage deposit is due prior to pickup and may be refunded after return inspection.**$100 pet deposit is due at pickup and may be refunded after return inspection.**No smoking in unit. If evidence of smoking or smoke smell is found upon return, damage deposit will not be refunded.**Black/grey/fresh water reservoirs must be rinsed and empty prior to return of unit. If the unit is returned with reservoirs full or partially full, damage deposit will not be refunded.
