• Careful Handling of Appliances: Please handle all appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing with care. Do not overload systems (AC, fridge, stove) and follow guidelines for safe and proper use.
• Damage or Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental. Please report issues immediately. A security deposit is required and refunded after a satisfactory return inspection.
• Awning Use: Awnings must be retracted during rain or windy conditions to prevent damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow this rule.
• Waste Disposal: Please dispose of waste responsibly. Use the designated dumping station and empty both black and gray tanks before return. Hoses for both, plus fresh water/rinse hoses, are provided.
