Delivery and pick up was great. However, we were charged for two things that were never used to the tune of $125 - a remote that was laying below the TV (TV was never used) nor did we use the hot dog sticks - no idea where they would have even been as we didn't use them. We were at a church convention where all the meals were provided and we weren't camping, grilling nor did we have a fire pit where we could have even used them. So that part was incredibly disappointing. Won't spend the money again next year.
