5.0Sandra is such an amazing host!! She showed us everything we needed to know for our trip. We are first time RV'ers, so we really didn't know anything about anything. I'll be honest too, we forgot to watch the thorough video Sandra sent before we arrived, so we were really infants in all of this. Sandra showed us how everything worked and then pointed us to the very detailed and thorough binder that would help us along the way. The RV was outfitted with every little thing we would need for our trip - bedding, towels, a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, flatware, cookware, serving stuff, cloth napkins, some coffee to get us started, spices, salt and pepper, oil, etc, extra blankies and pillows for those cold desert nights, games for adults and kids, and more that I'm probably forgetting. Really, we only needed to add food and bevvies. This thing was stocked. Sandra was amazing when I texted her mid trip to ask where something was. She was so quick to respond and help out! The RV was in PERFECT working condition. We didn't have any problems with any system. It is a well oiled, well maintained machine. We had a BLAST, thanks to Sandra and her wonderful Crab Shack!!! :)

5.0Outstanding experience all around ... our first family RV trip was a blast. We spent 10 days on the road and the Crab Shack was comfortable, easy to drive, easy to set up and Sandra was very responsive when we had questions. During the summer, a newer RV with A/C like this one is a must. And the delivery/pick-up fee was absolutely worth the extra charge - we would do this all over again!

She was supper responsive, and took the time to answer and provide resources for us to make our trip the best it could be. She provided the best advise before we started to not worry about the small stuff, and it really made our trip that much more enjoyable. We ran into some issues on our trip but with her help, and that statement in mind we had the best time. Her RV , and her help made that a great vacation and trip. We traveled over 7 states, and 17 days and made tons of memories. Thank you for the great experience and all of your help we will be looking to book this again in the future.

Do you Deliver?

Delivery is available within a 50 mile radius. We are willing to work with you if you are close to this range. We will bring the rig to your site and set it up. Upon pick-up we will break everything down and complete the dumping. Renters having Delivery need only clean up before departing. This is to include washing and stowing of dishes, emptying out the refrigerator, wiping countertops clean, sweeping and removing trash from the coach. For an additional fee, this chore can be eliminated.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can be flexible with pick-up and delivery times, however, return times and delivery pick-up are firm. Late fees will be charged to renters who not adhere to return times and delivery pick-up times.

Are Pets allowed?
A.
Well behaved dogs are allowed on board, but must be crated if left unsupervised in the coach. Please contact us prior to renting if there are any other type of pets you were looking to bring along.

Do I need to dump the tanks?
A.
If you have the rig delivered then no. If you are picking-up and driving the rig yourself, you will be required to dump the tanks before return. There is an add-on that can be purchased at any time to eliminate this task. Dumping the tank is easy, especially on a new rig like this. Some campgrounds have their own dump station for free, or a small fee. I can share some video links to instruct on how to perform this function.
