Thoroughly explained, very accommodating
Michael provided a handy reference binder, thoroughly explained everything for first-timers, offered extra chairs/coolers, and was flexible with pickup/drop-off times.
Easy to handle, powerful driving
Guests noted it's easy to handle on winding roads, powerful enough to climb hills/pass on the interstate, comfortable, and suitable for a family of 4 with mobility challenges.
