WE Deliver & SET UP Within 50 miles of Eureka Springs! Two slideouts make this RV extremely roomy. Backup camera assists with lane changes and parking in unfamiliar areas. WE Will Deliver & SET UP for you within 50 miles of Eureka Springs, Arkansas! If you plan to come to Northwest Arkansas, make your reservations at your chosen campground and we will get your RV all set up and ready to go, when you arrive. No need to worry about driving it and parking it yourself, this way!Sleeps 6 with entertainment areas for all. Bunk beds with personal DVD players in both, so you won't even have to hear arguing over what movie to watch during quiet hours! Queen in master with comfortable bedding and mattress topper. Table and couch both convert to double beds, so if your kids are determined to sleep alone, no one has to share a spot. We do not recommend Bessie for 8 adults, since it would be quite cramped to sleep four adults in the main cabin area on the dinette and jackknife sofa. 2 adults and 2-4 kids will be comfortable.Main cabin features a u-shaped dinette perfect for playing one of our many included games or eating as a family. Dual AC for ultimate comfort. Sliding door to provide privacy in master.Roomy shower, fluffy towels and many extras included. Kitchen stocked carefully so you aren't likely to be without anything you will need. Things like ice cream scoops, mixing bowls, spatulas, dish towels, plates and cups that most other rentals charge you extra to have? Yep, we include those for free. When you rent from us, you are a guest in our home (away from home) and we want you to feel just as welcome as if you were a guest at our house. We try to think of everything you might need and put it there, before it even comes into your mind. If you find something we missed, feel free to request it to be added, or put it into the collection yourself for the next time you take this sweet family wagon. No climbing on the exterior of the RV, including use of the ladder or roof. No smoking indoors. Pets welcome, with advance permission, up to two animals and only with the payment of the rental fee add-on for pets. Renter must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time so we can adequately demonstrate the features and functions that you'll need when you are using the RV. This unit sleeps 8 guests, but rental price includes 4 guests. If you wish to add the additional 4 guests to your reservation, you'll need to do so as "add-on" fees. Generator is onboard and available for usage. We include 4 hours per day with our rental, and hours over the 4 are $3.50/hour. Mileage allowance is liberal, 150 miles per day included as compared to most others who offer only 100 per day. If you go above the 150 miles per day, the cost per mile is 32 cents per mile. Please message us if you need a better idea of the total cost when taking a long trip. This will prevent any confusion. We include many comforts that others do not like sheets, towels, shampoo, plates and games. Please treat these items as you would want someone to treat your things, and notify us if any are damaged prior to the inspection. We do keep an inventory of all items on board and it is checked before and after each rental. Items discovered to be missing and not reported as missing or damaged to us, will be charged against your deposit. Honesty is the best policy here because we aren't harsh, but also do not like being taken advantage of. We understand that things happen, and will do our best to work out a reasonable solution with you so we both end up feeling good about our outdoorsy experience. :) You will love our RV so much that we are certain you'll want to use it again, but if something happens to go wrong, please let us know right away so that we can make it right. We are an active duty military family with four kids. When we aren't occupied with baseball, soccer, dance team or sleeping, we love to take our crew on the road. It is our goal to have our children see every state before they graduate high school and our motor home is how we plan to make that happen. Dad of the fam is an avid hunter and fly fisherman and mom likes to sew and sleep! Our family also operates [URL removed] as a family, where we teach our kids about entrepreneurship. If your family does Christmas PJs each year, it's possible you've even worn some of ours!
Our favorite trips always involve national parks or water parks, but really any trip we are able to take together is one we feel blessed to get. We are thrilled that you have chosen to use our family's RV when choosing to visit Eureka Springs! <3 The Childs Family
