If you're not staying at a campground, there are plenty of places nearby that will let you dump the tanks for around $20.Pick up time is 3 pm or later and drop off by 11 am (we can usually be flexible on timing but please arrange in advance if possible). Our camper is clean but also isn't new, so please don't be surprised if you see signs of normal use.The black tank gauge likes to provide inaccurate readings, so don’t be surprised if it shows full even when empty.July 2023 - a renter accidentally flooded the bathroom from the bathtub and there are some soft spots that have developed in the floor. We have added a rigid mat and stabilized the toilet as a fix. Everything is fully functional, but please use caution when stepping near the toilet. What's includedBasic cookware. Normal use of the onboard propane and 12V battery is included. If you plan to use a lot of propane, please let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to have the tank at least 1/4 full before your trip. In case it does run out during your rental, we will be happy to reimburse you for a filling/swapping out the tank as long as you can provide a receipt. Linens can be provided for a fee, please contact us in advance.RecommendationsMaine is a beautiful state for experiencing the outdoors. Everything ran amazingly smooth! Daniel was super communicable and always responded within a timely manner. He made sure I was all set up and felt comfortable at delivery. Pick up was speedy! Everything was amazing! Thank you!

Daniel was very good at communicating and answered any questions I had about using the trailer. All systems worked well and trailer is in good shape for being 8 years old. Full bed with topper was very comfortable. Dan provided load leveling hitch and a few extras at no charge which was greatly appreciated. Trailer was easily towable with my Honda minivan, though cut my milage in 1/2, which is to be expected. Excellent long weekend in Acadia with comfortable trailer accommodations. Thank you, Dan.

Daniel was a great host. Super quick to respond and helpful. The camper itself was a little small but really easy to tow and set up, and functional for all your needs. The beds were comfortable. I'd recommend it to others!

The RV was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and the AC kept the space nice and cool even when the temperature was is the 90s. The twin bunks for the kids were just right and the large bed was very comfortable for two adults. We had it dropped off and picked up and that was smooth and on time. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations at our family camp. This was our first time staying in an RV and we are sold on it as a way to vacation! We plan to rent again next summer when we are back up in Maine.

This trailer was perfect for me and my wife for the week. Daniel was awesome to work with and stayed on top of everything for us. Definitely recommend anyone to rent from him!

The camper was clean and in good working order. Daniel was easy to work with and replied to messages quickly. I would however recommend bringing a mattress pad, the mattress in the camper works but leaves a little to be desired. Overall good experience.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What needs to be done prior to returning the camper?
A.
All pots, pans, dishes, etc. should be washed, dried, and put away. Floor should be swept. If you pay for linens to be provided, please have strip the beds and place all linens in a pillowcase.

Q.How many people can the camper sleep comfortably?
A.
The camper includes a full size bed with mattress and foam pad topper that can sleep two adults comfortably. It also has 2 bunk beds which are great for kids. An adult can fit in the bunks (even a 6' adult) but the space is a little cramped and the mattresses are a bit thin. The dinette can be converted to a fourth bed which uses the foam cushions as a mattress. If you plan on sleeping 4 - 5 adults in the camper, additional bedding/padding is recommended for the bunks and dinette bed.
