2016 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite
This camper is only available for us to deliver and set up (unless otherwise agreed upon, send me a note), which allows you and your family to enjoy camping as soon as you arrive. 2-day minimum rental.
You pick the site and dates and we will deliver and set up the camper within 60 miles of our location in Asheville NC. If your campground choice is further away please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
• Site must accommodate a 23-foot trailer
• If the campground does not have provisions for a sewer dump there will be a $60 fee to empty the tanks
What's included
We have lowered our prep fee from $100 to $75 and made the following items available for a fee, this will allow you to supply these items and save money.
Linens for the RV size queen bed $15, child size sleeping bags for the bunk beds $5 each, 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 kitchen towels and 2 wash cloths $5.
The following are included, basic cookware, basic kitchen utensils, dish soap, hand soap, tableware for 6, toaster, colander, measuring cups, can opener, bottle opener 3 adult and 1 child camping chairs, hotdog/marshmallow sticks, ,
A/C, heat, tub/shower, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker & filters, roomy refrigerator and freezer, outside shower, stereo, couch that's not real comfortable, T.V., AM/FM/CD/DVD Player (does not play blue ray), power awning.
What's not included
Shampoo, CD’s, DVD’s, bug spray, sun tan lotion, disposable plates, cups, etc,

This area is full of hiking trails, state parks, lake, and mountain campgrounds.
There are also many breweries and of course the Biltmore Estate
Other things to note
This is a deliver to campsite only rental (unless otherwise agreed upon, send me a note). You must make reservations at the campground of your choice. When prompted to choose insurance you should choose stationary insurance. Pets are allowed in the camper but you need to check with campground. Only well-behaved dogs are permitted (any damages to the camper will be charged). A fee of $25 per pet will be added.
Many campgrounds offer firewood for sale.
No smoking (of anything) allowed inside the camper.
This camper sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. There is a queen RV size murphy bed in front that folds down over the couch and 2 bunk beds in the rear that are 26” wide by 72” long. We have available the linens for the queen bed and sleeping bags for the bunk beds.
You also have the option to put the dinette down for 2 more people under 6 foot, linens are not available for the dinette bed.
Prep fee is $75
This fee will cover normal cleaning, propane, set up and take down.
This fee does not cover extraordinary messes, stains or any loss or damage to the rig. These will be evaluated per case

Q.Can we pull this camper with our vehicle?
A.
We will allow you to pull this camper on a case by case basis. You would need a vehicle and hitch rated for this size camper. You would need a 7 pin light hookup with electric brake. You would need to be able to extend your mirrors to be able to see past the camper.
Q.Can we camp in cold or freezing temperatures?
A.
We camp in freezing temperatures all the time but it does require precautions.
To use the sewer it does require sewer hookup, we cannot leave water or sewer in the tanks.
For water supply there are some options depending on the temperatures that we can discuss.
Q.Will you deliver more than 60 miles?
A.
We are open to evaluate your request but it would be on a case by case basis.
