Very new trailer perfect for families or a small group. Plenty of Solar and batteries if you want to use the trailer away from hook-up’s. That combined with a fresh water storage tank will easily allow weekends off-grid or hooked to water and shore power. At 2,250lbs it is very easy to tow. Enough gear is included that you can set-up and enjoy an exciting weekend away from home wherever it is you want to go.What's includedshore power cord, water hose, plastic plates, bowls, cups, frying pan, French press, and a few indoor and outdoor games. RecommendationsGo out and have fun! We often go to the beach(Nehalem bay, cape lookout), and many state parks in the PNW.Other things to noteWe have three dogs ourselves and want you to bring your fur babies along with you! We only ask that you take care and clean paws before bringing them inside the trailer. We do request that you provide your own bedding and pillows.

- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: CA$685.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: CA$68.50. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Propane tank will be filled and holding tanks will be clean and empty.

The trailer was perfect for our needs! Kept us warm, cool, and safe from the desert weather. It was easy to haul and use. Phil and Jo were immensely helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

The hosts were very accomodating with our time to pick up the trailer and flexible when we needed to come back early.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Trailer can be dropped off at anytime as long as the provided hitch lock is installed. Depending on the day the trailer can be picked up the night before the reservation as I work during the day and am available for walk through around 6pm.
