- Security deposit: $685.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $164.40. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also includes the cleaning of tanks.

Jose is the only host I will rent from for a trip in northern AZ. He is promt with communication, very accommodating, willing to take his rv off pavement, and has a more reasonable security deposit fee and policies than others on this forum. The rv was great, love the amenities like the Keurig and k-cups, plenty of paper goods and cleaning supplies and extra propane for the heater. We had a great trip in a nice rv that was comfortable and very roomy for 2 people

This was our first time "glamping", with a trailer and all. We went with 2 other couples and they have RV's, so you get the picture. First, let me say that Jose was awesome at responding to our messages etc. Always quick to reply. Our trailer was perfect for our trip. He delivered it to our campground, and set it up for us. walked us thru the operations and all. It was stocked with everything and the bed was very comfortable (super important) and the AC was good and cold (considering it was 102 degrees). We will absolutely rent from him again!! Thanks for making our experience great!!!

Jose was very helpful through the whole process. Trailer was super clean, we didn’t have a single problem. We dry camped for 4 days and 3 nights. Definitely going to be a repeating customer.

The travel trailer was just great for our family. Very clean and comfortable. There easy one minor thing with the propane tank and Jose came out timely to fix. I would definitely rent this trailer again.

Jose was very proactive with his communication. I had a lot of questions for our big 2,000 mile road trip. He even met with me a week before the trip to go over all the details. I felt very comfortable towing his trailer knowing he had everything taken care of. Would highly recommend!
