Review summary
Responsive and accommodating owner
Stephen demonstrates good responsiveness and communication, accommodating delivery and setup. Guests also appreciate the easy pick-up and return process. However, there was confusion regarding extra charges for amenities like generator gas and propane.
Malfunctioning AC and TV issues
Guests reported the AC not functioning properly, leading to extreme heat. The television was also not working, and outdoor lights were difficult to locate. The vehicle was perceived as smaller than it appeared in photos.

4.0Stephen was very accommodating. Everything always looks so much bigger in pictures lol. We couldn’t the television to work and couldn’t find any outdoor lights. The only other thing that I dint like was the confusion of the charges. Some paid upfront some after service, extra charges for things that should be included like if you pay for a generator the gas should be included( add it into the cost) same thing with propane.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric Hookups (Shore Power): Plug your RV’s power cord into the outlet at your RV spot. Ensure you have the correct power cord for your rig. Water Hookups: Connect your RV to a freshwater source using a hose. If no water hookup is available, you’ll need to fill your onboard freshwater tank. Sewage Hookups: Connect your RV’s sewer hose to the campground’s sewer drain. Dump your gray and black water tanks into the sewer system if not use a centralized dump station. Happy camping!
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Here's a few handy tips. Creating a departure checklist is essential to ensure nothing is forgotten before hitting the road. It's also important to plan an RV-friendly route and level the RV before filling the tanks to avoid false readings on tank sensors. Safety is paramount, so always turn off the propane valve before traveling to prevent fire hazards. Lastly, packing a basic tool kit and a fully stocked first aid kit can prepare you for unexpected repairs or emergencies.
