Enjoy some time away in our cozy 17' Casita. It's a breeze to tow! Sleeps 3 with a full size bed and separate twin, both dinette conversions. Includes everything you need for a great trip, just pack your personal items and you're ready to go!Our Casita's empty weight is ~2500 lbs, so it can be towed by most SUVs and large Crossovers that have brake controllers.Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Large fridge/freezer, microwave and stove. Outdoor awning. Comes with all the necessities free of charge:+Weight Distribution Hitch with 2" ball. (You need a 2" receiver, and round 7 pin plug-in on your vehicle)+ 2 full propane tanks+ Pots/Pans, roasting sticks+ Dinnerware+ 2 camping chairs+ 3 rolls of toilet paper+ Bedding+ TowelsPick up and drop off times are set for noon, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as there is not a scheduling conflict.*Cold Weather* This camper is sealed up and cozy for the occupants, so it makes for an excellent all season rig. However, it is not set up for extreme cold, so if there are sustained temps below freezing, the water systems can not be used.Power sources: This unit needs a 30 amp RV outlet to run all it's systems at once. We do have a 110 adapter that can be used to plug into a standard household outlet. Keep in mind that a household outlet Will Not run the A/C.For families with a little one, we're happy to convert the dinette to our custom made crib, just let us know! Our family has used this crib many times camping with our littles, slumber party! We'll otherwise deliver the Casita with the small dinette.
