This JayFlight Bunkhouse is a brand new unit we bought to replace an older 5th wheel. It weighs 5800 dry and 7500lbs fully loaded. I highly recommend a weight distribution hitch but it can be towed without if your tow vehicle is rated for the weight. Lots of storage space and plenty of room for the entire family. Sleeps up to 10 people. It travels down the road well and bathroom is accessible without opening the slide during travel.
