This 2013, 31 ft bunkhouse edition is perfect for a family get away, or a weekend with friends! She can officially sleep 10, but only 9 average sized adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with privacy curtains and the dinette and couch both turn into beds for overflow sleeping, but the best part of having a bunk house is that the kiddos will have their very own space! With its very own slide out, 2 top bunks and a fold out couch (that can be separated for 2 twin beds or pushed together for a king size) there is plenty of room! The bunkhouse also has its own storage, including a small nook, perfect for setting up a tablet or laptop so the little ones can watch their own movie on a rainy day.The indoor kitchen sports a microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, small oven, a three-burner propane stove and is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including place settings for 12, pots and pans, serving bowls, and serving utensils. If you prefer to cook over an open fire, we provide pudgie pie makers, and roasting forks, as well as cast Iron cookware upon request. Our Hideout also has an outdoor kitchen with its own mini fridge and stove, which is a huge bonus on those hot days!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What else comes with the rental?
A.
Non-kitchen items that are included are: bedding, towels, 1 light blanket per bed, camp chairs, outdoor rug, 1 outdoor extension cord, indoor extension cord, 2 small fans, small selection of DVD's, cards and other indoor games, a beach bag and a few water toys.
Q.
What kitchen supplies are included in the rental?
A.
We aim to provide a fully inclusive experience, meaning all you need to bring is food and personal items! Kitchen is stocked with: Plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for 12. 10 Coffee mugs, 5 Mixing/serving bowls. Kitchen knife set and cutting boards. Coffee pot and filters. Blender. Cooking Utensils. Hot pads/trivets. Drink pitcher. Koozies for regular and tall cans/bottles. Paper Towels. Dish washing supplies. Pots and pans. 8x8 glass casserole dish. Cast Iron cookware.
Q.
If you provide so much, what exactly should I bring?
A.
We recommend you pack whatever toiletries you would usually bring as well as clothing for all weather (layers are good). Prepare to get wet and chilly, the weather can be unpredictable. Bug spray and sun screen are also a good idea. At this time we DO NOT provide pillows, and only provide 1 light blanket for each bed, so please bring your own pillows and extra blankets if you desire. While there is an indoor kitchen, cooking outdoors is preferred, so try to plan your meals around the fire!
Q.
Why can't we use the electric awning?
A.
The attached electric awning, though convenient, is easy to break and expensive to fix (often exceeding the security deposit). To protect us both, we provide an EZ up canopy for your use at no extra charge. They are not quite as convenient, but will only cost around $100 to replace instead of thousands!
