Inside and outside speakers. Huge slide out. Huge 20' awning (don't use in high winds and is not covered under insurance so use at own risk)Optional: 4400 watt inverter generator. Very quiet (only 62 decibals) $30/night
Firewood (available with delivery only)I will provide extensive walk-thru to go over features.You can choose to clean the RV before bringing it back or simply bring it back and pay us to clean it for you.Absolutely NO Smoking Inside THE RV! You will forfeit your security deposit in the event the RV is smoked in. plus any additional cleaning fees.What's includedFresh Linens, zero gravity chairs all cooking utensils. We had a great time. The layout was perfect for us and the RV was clean and ready when we agreed. Lee was full of useful hints and was more than willing to accept contact with questions. I would recommend using his RV.

Camper was nice, but was very dirty for our experience. Pet hair everywhere including in refrigerator, towels and extra linens were not clean. Our delivery was 75 minutes late. Owner called us day of delivery and told us he thought the delivery was the following day - we believe he just didn’t have time to clean it correctly before delivering but he never said that, just kept making excuses. We contacted the owner about the issues before leaving this review and the owner did not offer any resolutions. If the camper would have been clean and on time, rental would have been nice, that’s the only reason it’s not a 1-star. Also, the camper was listed as pet-friendly but he then told us on the phone that there were no pets allowed so there shouldn’t have been pet hair.
