- Empty the tanks before returning. Please dump both the black and gray tanks before returning the trailer. If we have to dump them for you, a $75 tank service fee applies.
- Water tips. The fresh tank holds 20 gallons. If you won’t have a water hookup, plan on short showers and light dish rinsing to make it last.

Review summary
Highly communicative and accommodating host
Bryan is consistently praised for being friendly, responsive, and helpful. He delivers early, provides clear instructions, and goes above and beyond, even assisting with on-site issues like refilling water tanks.
Easy to tow for diverse trips
The 2022 Jayco Jay Flight is consistently clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessities, including a generator. It's easy to tow, even up long grades, but guests recommend bringing mattress toppers due to thin bedding.

5.0Everything about it was great except the mattresses could’ve been thicker. We had to beef them up with some sleeping bags so that our hipbones didn’t hurt on the plywood underneath.

5.0Appreciate the fast response to my last minute rental request. He delivered it for us early the next morning. Very helpful generator option. He even brought an extra long extension cord so we had the option to connect it to our house. We would rent from him again.
