Provides excellent communication and support
Rob is consistently praised for his excellent communication, responsiveness, and kindness. He provides prompt assistance and answers questions throughout the trip. One instance involved a missed pre-rental tank check, which he addressed promptly with a partial refund.
Easy to pull and comfortable
The trailer is in excellent condition, clean, and comfortable, featuring a comfy queen bed. It's noted as easy to pull/haul and simple to use, with reliable battery power. One incident reported full waste tanks and odor upon pickup.

5.0I had an awesome trip. Rob and Lindsey were both very kind and professional. I would recommend them both to anyone I know. I plan to reach out to them again. Thank you both!

2.0Black and grey water tanks were full from previous renter. Sewer smell in unit for 3 days of our 4 days rental. We were at a festival, so couldn’t leave to drain them, as several other RVs would have to move to let us out. Couldn’t cook, do dishes, shower or use toilet. We usually tent camp and this was essentially the same. We were able to sleep in it with drains plugged and fans on. Rob answered our call promptly and helped us diagnose the problems, but there wasn’t much we could do at that point . He did refund $150 off our $1152 bill, but we feel that was inadequate as we lost more than 50% of the expected utility from the rental. Apparently the previous renters told him that they had drained the tanks and he took their word for it. An understandable error, but still his responsibility. Overall a very disappointing first experience with Outdoorsy.

5.0We had a great 12-day trip visiting national Parks in Utah. Rob's trailer camper was perfect for us. It was easy to pull with our Kia Teluride. We stayed at state and national park campgrounds as well as an RV Park. We camped several nights in a row using battery power only with no issues. Rob was very responsive to our questions. The camper is in excellent condition. I highly recommend Rob's camper and a visit to Utah.
