Review summary

A

Responsive with issue resolution

Jason was attentive, promptly refunded a stove issue, and answered questions quickly, despite occasional unresponsiveness and absence at pickup for explanations.

Powerful engine, comfortable ride

The van drives well with a powerful engine, gets good MPG, and has a comfortable bed. However, issues include a stuffy interior, non-functional stove/sink, faulty fridge, problematic fan/water system, and hygiene concerns like smells.

Jason is easygoing, genuine, and attentive. His van is awesome in so many ways. Check with him about the fan and water when getting the van to ensure you know how to work it and that it works. Will definitely book his van every time we visit family from now on ... visiting and staying around beaches in Orange County and La Jolla was the ultimate Road trip experience!

The van is super nice, very suited for our trip. We gas stove wasn't working, but we bought a new one and the host refunded us immediatly. The sink is not working very well but it is still usable. Jason is not always very responsive, but he helped us solve all the problems we encountered.

Upon arrival for pick up, the van was not ready was not clean. So I had to give them time to clean it. Host was not present to explain usage of electric inverter. Otherwise, the van drives nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Amazing van, all equipment available. Even the portable toilets are very practical and clean, set up in under a minute. The van itself runs very well, no problem with climbing to the top of the Grand Canyon, very powerful engine. I got 21mpg driving smoothly on the freeway. Big comfy bed (I am 6ft !). The host answered all questions within minutes. Very pleased. The fridge has a faulty temperature gage so it runs all the time but I turned it on/off manually. The panels charge the battery very fast, we never ran below 75%. I recommend it to everyone!
