This camper is the ultimate bunkhouse for families to enjoy!As you enter the camper, you will see the private (with a door) queen size master bedroom on your right. In the center section of the camper contains the kitchen, sofa and u-dinette. The sofa folds out to a bed and the u-dinette transitions into a bed as well. As you pass through the kitchen, a full bathroom (tub/shower) is on your left and all the way in the back is the bunk room. The bunk room is separated by the rest of the camper with a door, where you will find 3 bunks (2 on your left and one of your right). There is also a couch under the bunk on the right that will fold out to a bed as well.Outside, you can enjoy the full size outdoor kitchen. This outdoor kitchen contains a dorm room sized refrigerator and sink (connected to water/sewer services). We also have the outdoor kitchen stocked with your camping needs, such as roasting sticks, pie irons, general cooking supplies (Non-stick spray, large commercial size foil, measuring cups and much more!)This camper contains 3 slides. --Rental Pickup time is 3PM or later (or unless prior arrangements are made at the time of booking)
--Return time is 4PM (or unless prior arrangements are made at the time of booking)
--We don't provide any pillows, so please pack these for your guests
--This is a NON SMOKING rental. If there is evidence of smoking inside the camper, you will forfeit the entire security deposit.
--Pets are welcome, but we ask they stay off the furniture inside the camper. We highly recommend you bring some type of anchor for your dog leash. Many parks don't have trees that would support dog leashes (some parks prohibit this as well)
--Please check out the additional services you may purchase as part of your rental, such as:
-Camper delivery, setup and teardown (service only available on the weekends with restrictions-please contact us for additional information)

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on the pickup and return of the camper.
We store our camper in Millersburg, which is about 20 minute drive from Columbia, MO. We want your rental to be relaxing and fun. All we ask is that you let us know a time frame when you would like to pickup or return the camper. Since we have to drive to the storage location, we ask that you notify us about 45 minutes prior to your arrival so we can meet you at the storage facility.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
It's pretty simple. We have 2 sewer connections on the rear driver side. The main connection is for the services inside the camper (black water and grey water). We have a second connection that is the holding tank for the outside kitchen. We will provide you with all the connections that you would need to use the sewer services. As for water, we also provide your water hoses and a water filtration device that we require to be used, along with a water pressure regulator.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, we highly recommend that you use our camper guide that is inside the camper for setup, general FAQ while camping and teardown.
Q.What linens are provided for the bedding in the camper?
A.
We will provide basic sheets and covers for each of the beds. We also maintain a few blankets for the colder season for you to use.
