Also included is a nice outdoor kitchen with propane Griddle, Refrigerator, (4) outdoor chairs, all leveling blocks and ramps, wheel chocks, rear view/side view wireless cameras, tool kit with cordless drill for stabilizers, all hoses and electrical hook up items. Other things to noteIn order to provide the cleanest and safest home anyway from home, we do not allow pets or smoking. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if brought back unreasonability clean. A $25 refill fee will be charged if propane is not brought back at same level it left. A $50 fee will be charged if Black/Gray tanks are not empty and flushed. Will deliver and setup at your campsite up to 200 miles from my address for $4.00/mi. which is a great option for inexperienced campers or those without a capable tow vehicle. Your tow vehicle must be able to tow 8000+lbs and have electric trailer brake controller. Rental rate during Holiday weeks (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) will be increased to $175/day.
