This is a nice travel trailer which is so light, just about any SUV can pull it! It is equipped with everything you can possibly need for your trip-just grab your clothes and food! It even has a beautiful electric fireplace!No Burning Man! Must be experienced in towing trailers in order to pick up.Pick up and drop off times are flexible based off both parties availability and will be agreed upon before reservation. Typically pick=up will be after work around 6pm unless otherwise arranged. Trailer Rules & Fee Schedule
Booking constitutes agreement to these terms, supplementing the platform TOS.
1. Towing & Travel: Max towing speed is 55 MPH (trailer tires are not rated for higher speeds). Avoid all drive-throughs due to low clearance. No unpaved roads outside of licensed RV parks.
2. Pick-up: Mandatory walk-through and orientation takes 1-2 hours. Plan accordingly.
3. Waste Tanks (Strict): ONLY use provided RV-safe TP in the black tank. NO wipes, trash, or feminine products. Gray tank is for water only (no food particles). Tanks must read "EMPTY" on the control panel at return, with valves closed and cap ON, or a $50 dump fee applies.
4. Awnings: Awnings are NOT covered by platform insurance. You are 100% financially responsible for wind/accidental damage. Retract if windy or leaving unattended.
5. Roof: No rooftop access. Evidence of use results in full deposit forfeiture.
6. Pets: Pre-approval required. $25/day. Pets are not allowed on upholstery. Excess hair incurs a $200 cleaning fee; pet damage incurs up to $500.
7. Cleaning & Odors: Return the trailer as clean as received. Standard cleaning fee: $150. Deep clean fee (for strong odors like fish/bacon): $100-$200. Cook pungent foods outside.
8. Prohibited: NO SMOKING or drugs. Evidence carries a $1,500 penalty.
9. Returns & Timing: Late returns are $75/hour. No refunds for early returns.
10. Tolls & Tickets: Renter pays the bill plus a $70 admin fee per invoice.
11. Boondocking & Generators: The trailer battery does not hold a charge. Boondocking requires a constant generator connection (minimum 2500 watts) to run the trailer. Generators must be run outside only. Never run unattended or overnight while sleeping.
12. Lockouts & Keys: Missing keys: $25/each. Lockout rescue: $0.75/mile round-trip.
13. Abandonment: $3,000 fee for abandoning the trailer anywhere but the drop-off location.
14. Repairs: Contact us before authorizing repairs. Reimbursement requires the original receipt and defective part
