Our camper provides the perfect camping experience for a couples getaway or family trip! It comes with an incredibly comfortable RV King sized bed. Along with the bed, two kids or one adult could sleep on the fold out sofa. We used the sofa for our fur-babies! The kitchen has a sink, stove, convection microwave oven, and fridge with small freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower in its own separate space. Outside the camper you will find the electric awning with LED lighting, an outdoor shower, and outdoor speakers!We are pet friendly as long as your pets are potty trained!Our camper has a hitch weight of 550 lbs, dry weigh of 4598 lbs, and Gvwr of 6900 lbs. We can provide a weight distribution hitch to making your towing experience a breeze!What's includedLinens are provided, along with basic kitchen items, cups, bowls, plates, and utensils. We also provide basic cleaning products.Other things to noteRental RulesMinimum renter age of 25Pets allowedNo smoking allowedThe black water tank must be emptied before camper is returned. A $150 fee will be charged if the tank is left at 1/3 full. A $300 fee will be charged if tank is left at 2/3 or greater.The grey water tank must be emptied before camper is returned. A $50 fee will be charged if the tank is left at 1/3 full. A $100 fee will be charged if tank is left at 2/3 or greater.No more than 4 people sleeping inside.If you are interested in delivery please contact me and I will advise on a case by case basis if it can be delivered on your dates and your location.
