2.0Eric was responsive and did his best, the experience however, was pretty lackluster. The pictures in the listing must have been from when this unit was brand new because the shape it's in now is nothing like what's shown in the photos. There are several fixtures that have separated from the walls. There are several water related issues throughout. The floor in the primary bedroom is significantly sunken in a couple spots and there is a spot in the en suite bathroom where the floor is bowed about 2 inches up from level due to water damage. The washer/dryer combo would not turn on, but it leaked a LOT of water into the drawer below it (which was filled with clothes that were already in there that had become moldy piles of mush) and onto the floor, soaking the bottom of our backpacks that contained clothes and electronics. We were never able to get hot water in the unit. There was a coffee maker, which we were excited to have as a luxury, however the the maker had a filter that had been used a very long time ago with coffee grounds that had turned into a very disgusting level of moldy. Because we had no hot water, we couldn't properly clean the maker to use it at any point. The "leather" on every seat in the RV is peeling at a vast rate and essentially just disentigrated when touched. There was no bedding for at least 2 of the sleeping surfaces and we had to buy sheets and blankets. Thankfully enough people brought their own pillow. The listing indicated that there are linens included, but there weren't enough for all of the sleeping surfaces and there were 3 or 4 towels for a unit that sleeps up to 10 people. There were no legs on the bottom of the jack knife sofa, so unless you slept up against the wall, the whole sofa would tip over due to the imbalance. When we picked up the RV, both of the black tanks were 1/3 of the way full and I had to drain and rinse both of them for the sensors to reset and show 0. The RV wouldn't properly auto-level, even with the use of the provided flat pads. There seemed to be an issue with the jacks in general. One of the awnings is ripped and the vertical slide that extends the awning is broken. So, to extend it, we had to stand on a chair and physically guide the awning post down. On top of all of this, the RV is stored on a grass hill that we couldn't make it off of when we arrived and after several attempts at towing the RV off of the hill, damage was done to the engine compartment which caused a transmission fluid leak, setting us back a whole day and making it necessary for our family of 7 to stay the night in a hotel. After we made it to our campsite, settled in, and made the best of it, and we had a good time. But I would not recommend this specific unit to anyone based on what's presented in the listing, what your receive for your hard earned money, and what we experienced. Update the listing so that people know what they're getting in to before they get there and feel like they just have to make the best of it. The listing and price should be updated to reflect the current condition of this RV. We paid WAY too much for what we got and even more for what we didn't get.
