www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Wu_f_rQx-kFeaturing the HappiJac bed-lift system to the indoor hidden countertop hot shower, this van is considered the "Holy Grail" of Camper vans! This rig is jam-packed with high-end components and is also aesthetically pleasing with it's all pine shiplap interior and beautiful butcher block countertops and custom cabinetry!
Luna has an Espar hydro heater system. This means she has a 2 in 1 air heater and on demand water heater. It runs off of the fuel tank (Diesel) and has a thermostat to control it and makes the van toasty in about 5-10 minutes.Other features and specs:
-12 volt roof mounted AC unit (runs on lithium batteries) great for summer!
-2 lithium batteries - powers all of the electrical components. These charge from the solar panel mounted on the roof and the alternator when the vehicle is running. There is also shore power hook ups to charge the batteries (extension cord included). These batteries also have a heating pad underneath to prevent freezing temps from affecting them in the wintertime.
-Happijac bed system - the top bed runs on a track system and with a push of a button, will raise to the ceiling and the bottom bed transforms into bench seating with a day table.
-Inside shower and sink draw water from the 20 gallon fresh water tank located in the bench seating on the drivers side. Both have on-demand hot water from the Esbar hydro heater.
-Everchill RV 4.5 cu. ft. full Fridge with Freezer - Runs 24/7 off of the lithium batteries (this is a very large fridge/freezer for a camper van)Here are our top 5 campsites we recommend if you are traveling near Phoenix Arizona.
-Lost Dutchman State Park Campground.
-Lynx Lake Campground.
-Pine Flat Campground, only an 11 minute drive from Slide Rock State Park.
-Usery Mountain Regional Park Campground.
-Burnt Corral Campground. When it comes to dumping the grey water tank it is important to research the rules and regulations in the area in which you're traveling. Some places you are allowed to dump grey water on the ground and others you can be fined. We recommend no National Parks or forests unless that area permits it, good places may be some BLM land or in parking lots with man made drainage to the city sewer system. Never dump within 100ft or less from natural water sources like rivers, lakes or ponds.
