2018 Heartland Cyclone Delivered only

From start to finish this was our best rental yet ! We rented for my sons race weekend at Laguna Seca and this camper did not disappoint. The owners communication and customer service is top notch! Highly recommend!!!

George was a great host and you will not be disappointed with this RV. I brought my own to go cups for coffee, paper towels, trash bags etc and I didn’t need any of it. Very well stocked and clean. We had a toilet issue (luckily there are two!) and he came right out to fix it! It was like being home! The master bed was very comfortable and my husband and I got a great night sleep. The little tucked away bunk was a hit with my 7 and 9 year old. I had to split up the trip so that they could each get equal nights on it. There is even a keurig so all you have to do is bring your pods, cream and sugar. Getting this delivered was awesome and a privilege not to have to set up like all our friends had to. There were plenty of chairs for outside lounging and a picnic bench. Try it at the KOA Costanoa in Pescadero! Their sites are plenty big enough!

Mike was incredibly responsive and we had excellent communication from booking all the way through the rental. We were traveling from Colorado to camp in Big Sur area so we had a lot of planning and questions along the way. He went above and beyond to make our rental as pleasant an experience as was possible. We had some issues with charging up the batteries for the week of dry camping but Mike drove the two hours to the campsite to take care of us and bring some solar panels to make it an even better experience. He is a super nice guy and the rental was perfect for our vacation. It is stocked with everything you need. I would not hesitate to rent from him again and highly recommend it.
