You can cozy up by the fire or listen to music outside from your phone with the Bluetooth speakers! Let us know how we can help you relax and enjoy your time away.

No festivals under any circumstances!!
Tow/winch outs will be charged to your security deposits if you get it stuck and I have to come get it. What's included• 4 s’more sticks
• bedding, blankets, pillows
• cookware, coffee pot, cooking utensils
• dvd player, board games, HDMI cord
• RV toilet paper, towels, tank treatments (so to keep things from smelling)
• all tools needed for hookup and leveling (even a water softener!!)
• 2 full propane tanks
• empty tanks and clean RV

We love bring our Dog and son with and just enjoying the fresh air and getting away from everyone. Other things to noteYou will need a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck minimum!! There is a dumping charge for not bringing the tanks back empty.
Please use only RV toilet paper if you run out.
Any extra cleaning or if you return with sewage that needs to be dumped, you will be charged. Please inquire for details on price list for cleaning and charges.
If you fish, please do not gut inside and store in a ziplock baggy to keep the stench down.

• Please do not be afraid to ask for help. Feel free to call me at any time of day with any questions or concerns.
• if you use all the propane in a tank and need more, it is financially your responsibility. I will not drive out to change your tank.
• you will be charged extra if the camper comes back with sewage in the tanks for dumping.
• you will be charged for extra cleaning if it’s needed. (Washing the bedding and light sweeping is acceptable. Dirty dishes, trash, stains, bad odors, or scrubbing will occur charges)
• pets are allowed. Please just notify us so we can clean it for the next renters in case of allergies. You will not be charged for normal vacuuming of pet hair. Enjoy your furry friend!!
• please be mindful of tail swings. Only use trucker fuel islands to fill up at the pumps.
• avoid crowded gas stations.
• use a spotter to back up please
• if you use all the propane in a tank and need more, it is financially your responsibility. I will not drive out to change your tank.

Nathaniel was absolutely awesome! He is a down to earth guy and hides nothing on the camper. The walk through was above and beyond and explains everything on how it works, what to expect, and any little tips or tricks. He also has many different power adapters so power should never be an issue. He also lays out what his expectations are as well and wants you to respect that. And by having that line drawn in the sand made the trip way more enjoyable. There was no stress on what you could do or couldn’t. Plus he is always there one phone call away for support. The camper is well maintained and pulls beautiful. Very easy to set up and use. I will be renting with Nathaniel again.

We were newbie campers and Nate took a ton of time explaining how everything worked and even came out to assist in a driving rainstorm! Great communication and was al says available! Made our trip even more amazing! Couldn’t recommend anything more!!! Thanks Nate!
