A Family Palace on wheels. with 4 slide-outs it is very spacious! I have kept it up really well and have done many upgrades also. This RV has a Washer/Dryer, 2 bedrooms, 3 TV's with DVD player's, a bed loft, 2 couches that fold out to beds and a dining set that collapses to make into another bed also. There are 2 massaging-heated recliner's, a, blue tooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speaker's. A brand new tankless water heater for endless hot water. A spacious side by side fridge, fireplace in the living room. The Island sink is spacious also and all of the common kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker and a Keurig. Plenty of like new linen's and lots of additional linens too.. Plenty of indoor board games, cards etc. Over 100 popular DVD movies to choose from, Dual A/C units, lots & lots of lighting Outdoor kitchenette, propane BBQ with utensils, outdoor Cornhole games, horseshoes, bad mitten, frisbee, and more! Also plenty of folding outdoor camping chairs that are in like new condition.! All you need are your clothing and groceries, then just make yourself at home,, kick back, relax and enjoy your stay in this Big Beautiful Comfortable RV!!! 8~)
