Hello adventure seekers and welcome to Cruise’n Comfort! Thank you for your interest in renting our RV.There is plenty of space for a family up to 7 people!Pick up times- Please message me to figure out what works best for all of us.Upon pick up, my RV will have a full tank of gas, clean linens for the two main beds and 5 towels. Please let me know if you would like to use your own linens due to covid. It also has washable pots, pans and dishes as well as some kitchen items like trash bags, paper towels and foil. (Please bring your own toiletries and please bring any disposable items you may want; plates, utensils, cups, etc.)Before you hit the road we will run through how everything works as a refresher for those with experience and a intro for those that are new. This may take some time.Return times- Any return after 6:00 pm is considered a late return and a $50 late charge per hour will apply. We will set a time together on what works best for us both.Upon return we ask that the RV is returned with a full tank of gas and propane, we charge $4.50 per gallon if it’s not. Please keep in mind that it has a 55 gallon tank. Our RV should be returned in the same shape as picked up. If it is not cleaned to our standards same as received, we will charge a cleaning fee. The grey and black tanks also need to be emptied prior to your return but if you aren’t comfortable with doing it I can have it done for you for you for an extra cost.

1. Are you picking up our RV or like us to drop it off?
a. Do you have any experience driving RV's? Great thing ours is easy to drive!
b. Keep in mind, if you would like us to drop off/pick up and the location is 20 miles or less from us, we charge $4.00 a mile or a minimum of $25
2. How many travelers?
3. Where are you all headed too?
4. Celebrating anything?
5. Are you camping with full hook ups or dry camping?
-Sending a message with these questions already answered will get you a more accurate quote.-BURNING MAN RENTALS
Requirements:
-You must drive the motor-home.
-Rental $1500 per night.
-We will prep motor-home for the playa dust. If you have any suggestions, those are welcomed and we’ll do them if we see fit.
-We will have a mandatory service done on all equipment in the motor-home so we all know everything is in working order when motor-home returns.
- The RV needs to come back as clean as possible. (There’s cleaning tools inside, please use them. Well clean outside.) If we have to clean the inside the cleaning fee can be up to $500+.
- Deposit is increased to $2,500 for this trip.
