Review summary
Timely responses, inconsistent disclosure
Justin is consistently responsive to inquiries, but one renter noted a lack of upfront disclosure regarding non-functional toilet and water heater issues.
Comfortable interior, critical amenity failures
The Forest River offers a comfortable, open layout with amenities like mattress pads and extra blankets, but one renter reported a non-functional toilet and a water heater that only worked for 1 minute.

2.0The owner should of been upfront about the toilet and water heater not working. The remedy of hand flushing was welcome but unsanitary using without hotwater. clean up. despite instructions to locate panel (never found) for water heater relay. Never worked longer than 1 min.

5.0The camper was perfect. I love how it sits lower to the ground than other RVs and the open layout was great. The unit was clean and beds comfortable.

5.0The ice castle was perfect for our trip. Justin was super responsive. It was clean and ready to go. Having the mattress pad and extra blankets were nice too
