She is a 32' Winnebago Access who is still as beautiful as she was in 2007!First and foremost, about the pets. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) has traveled with our 185lb Great Dane, 10lb "Pugxer" and our rabbit (with cage) Very comfortably and honestly had room to spare. There will be a onetime $150 (non-refundable) pet charge which will cover Sweet Pea's deep cleaning. All pets must be crated if left in Sweet Pea unattended.Sweet Pea can sleep 6 comfortably and up to 7 (legally with seat belts) if we are talking kids and small adults. There are 4 sleeping beds/areas: Queen bed in master, dinette folds down approximately to a twin as well as the sofa and finally the queen overcab.Kitchen will come stocked with place settings for 8, pots/pans, utensils, rags/dish clothes and dish soap.Standard indoor shower with separate bathroom. Bathroom will include RV toilet paper, and 1 each of rag/hand towel/bath towel.Master bedroom has walk around queen bed (upgraded mattress), storage galore including wardrobe. Sweet Pea will come stocked with master bedroom linens.Fly into Rogue Valley International Airport in Medford, OR just 30 minutes away and have Sweet Pea pick you up! We are located 2 hours away from the breath taking Oregon coast, Crater Lake National Park, Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park (California) and a days drive from San Francisco or Seattle.***Full solar usage is recommended for experienced dry campers only. Renter will be required to sign a Dry Camping Statement of Responsibility and Liability Waiver prior to departure.Sweet Pea comes with an enabled GPS tracker for your and our protection. This is used to simply track daily mileage and vehicle alerts which includes crash detection. Rules and policies
• Please arrive on time to the agreed upon departure time as there is a $25/ hour fee if you are late. Late arrivals also have the potential to negatively affect other renters.
• Allow 1-2 hours after arrival for departure paperwork, orientation to the RV including mandatory test-drive on the Class C RVs. We know you are excited and rushed to leave, but a well spent orientation time saves time later when you are trying to figure things out.
• RVs must be returned by 5:00 pm on your scheduled return date unless prior arrangements have been made. Strict late fees apply: $100.00 for the first hour and $35.00 for each additional hour. Returns after 7:00 pm will be charged for an additional night.
