5Terrence is phenomenal! If I could give them a 6 star I would. I am very stringent on my 5-star ratings - "perfection" is very hard to achieve, this was - well a 6-star. The registration process was excellent - clear and fast. They completely set up the RV for us - and did a full site prep before we arrived. They had the camper in "ready to use" / move in when we got there. It was not only the whole set up - but the small things as well - dining area was decorated/set up, outside entry area had an area rug and chairs, linens, toiletries, cooking needs were all there and immaculate. Our walk-through was fast, efficient and clearly showed where everything was and how to use it. I have an RV, still, this newer model had some things I am glad he walked me through. I have already recommended them to others - and will keep doing so. We will use them in the future as well.
