First time renting/camping in a trailer. Phil was a phenomenal host, he accommodated drop-off & pick-up, providing ease of mind. The trailer was immaculately clean, walk-through pre-check was thorough, the trailer had a great vibe and definitely enjoyed the eclipse. An excellent manimal. (Made by man, mind of his own) His name was JaySun for the weekend.

Phil was very thorough when going over set up/care of the camper. It was clean and included all utensils you may need. The king and queen beds were very comfortable! The A/C was an added bonus!

Great experience! Phil made sure thar we had everything we needed for our fall camping trip. We were warm and comfortable for 3 nights. The trailer is well stocked with plates, cups and cutlery. It was also very clean and well maintained!

What an amazing trip we had in an amazing pop out trailer. It was very comfortable and so many extras that made our trip even better. Phil was so good to us and taught me a great deal about the trailer so I was prepared. Highly recommend this trailer.

A great experience overall the camper was easy to set up and take down. Camper is full of all of the essentials you need, beds are very comfortable and spacious. Owner was fantastic help showing us how to set up and take down along with some tips to make it easier.

Was the first time doing this and it was a smooth process! The trailer was just perfect for the wife and I for the weekend,just what we needed! We’re already ready to book for our next get away with the kids :) it’s got a lot of room inside and would
be great for small family for a couple looking to get away!! Also love that it’s pet friendly for our fur baby next time :) oh and it has ac for them hot days ;)

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The tent trailer is easy to operate.
I will go through set up with you before you leave and show you how everything works.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am flexable on pick up and drop off times, depending on my schedule.
I'm happy to make custom arrangement that are mutually beneficial.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Hook up is straight forward.
There are extension chords provided for the 30 amp hook up.
There is a small drain hose for the sink.
And a fresh water connection if required.
Q.What is needed to be able to tow the trailer?
A.
The trailer requires a 2" trailer ball. It is equipped with surge brakes, so there is no brake controller needed in the tow vehicle.
The trailer tows well behind a pick-up truck, SUV or minivan.
The tow vehicle needs to be rated for towing 3000 lbs. with a hitch weight of 205 lbs.
