We want you to have the best family trip ever, like we’ve had in this like new, ultra-lite and clean travel trailer, perfect for a family of 4-6 with all the modern conveniences. Includes a fully equipped kitchen (large sink with high end pull out faucet, stainless appliances: stove, oven, microwave, and propane and electric fridge, queen bed, double bunks, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and more.Separate Queen bedroom with mirrored wardrobes, upper cabinets and under-bed storage for the parents, double-bunks with privacy curtains, windows, lights and outlets for the kids. Each bunk can comfortably fit 2 small children, or 1 older child or adult up to 5’10”, with 300 lb capacity each.Large, U-shaped dinette allows for plenty of space for game nights or meals together and can be converted into a double bed for hanging out watching a movie or sleepovers. Comfortable, memory foam seat cushions and deep under bench storage. Sound system and flat screen t.v. in wall cabinet swivels to face dining area or bedroom and also feeds outdoor speakers.The inside of this modern travel trailer has high end components and has extras for fun family adventures, with smart storage solutions and large pass-through storage underneath for organizing everyone's gear.Features include: modern cabinetry, furnace, water heater, air conditioning and fan, outdoor kitchen with mini-fridge and pull-out stove and drawer, large 16’ power awning with LED lights, and an outdoor shower.Bathroom has shower with tub, skylight and fan, hooks, vanity, medicine cabinet and foot flush toilet.The trailer has Blue Ox weight distribution bars for safes and easy towing and no need to remove for backing up.There is an optional bike rack (choose as an add-on for bringing 2 bikes).This trailer is lightweight Gvwr: 6,500 lbs which requires a large SUV like a Lincoln Navigator or small tow truck to tow. If it comes back needing major extra cleaning, we will charge whatever it takes our cleaning service in extra time to your security deposit.Please no strong cooking smalls indoors or use of strong perfumes as we rent to people with scent sensitivities. If you want to cook up a storm with lots of grease and strong smells, please use the outdoor kitchen.We love dogs and they are welcome if they can be responsible and don't scratch, chew or jump on beds and their owners clean-up any messes.Of note, we can't allow cats because two of our family members have bad allergies. Same issue with smoking...please don't do it. Thank you!

Q.Will you confirm a booking without a confirmed destination?

This year, given how difficult it is to book campgrounds, we require a confirmed booking as it's unlikely to work out for anyone if you book and then discover you can't find a place to take the trailer. Thanks for your understanding.
Q.What kind of tow vehicle is needed to pull this trailer?
A.
To pull this trailer, with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of approx. 6,800 lbs, you'll need at least a large SUV with a big engine and a GVWR of over 8,000 lbs, or a pick-up truck with minimally that much capacity.
If you don't have a tow vehicle, check out our listing for a Lincoln Navigator with a towing capacity of up to 8,600 lbs, an integrated tow package, electronic breaking and Ox sway bars.
If you rent both, we require a driver with some towing experience.
