5This was my first time renting an RV. Being a first-timer, I was very skeptical. But Wil helped me from beginning to end. He was very professional, honest & patient. The delivery was punctual. He showed me how to operate everything and even provided a step by step video. He was available to addressed all of my concerns. The displayed photos are true to sight. Thanks Outdoorsy for finding the perfect match for my trip. Now, Wil is a part of my family. His RV was the talk of the RV community, everyone asked for a tour & they loved it as much as I did. 5Even though there was a broken item that we didn't break but it looked like we may have, he was understanding and did not charge us for it. Overall, the camper was very nice, plenty of room and everything worked great, AC is cold, even with the hot days!
