Looking directly in front of you is the sofa and to the left of the sofa is a dinette which both convert into full size beds. These full size beds are comfortable for one adult or two kiddos.As you turn left, towards the back of the coach you will find the kitchen on your left, directly across from the dinette and sofa. In the kitchen you will find a double sink, a three burner propane stove, a microwave / convection oven, and a large refrigerator / freezer. There is also a counter extender for some added prep space.Keep going towards the back of the coach and you will find a full bath on your left. This bath has a sink, toilet, and corner shower. It also comes with a tankless water heater so you don’t have to worry about waiting before taking a shower.Once you pass the shower you will enter the master with a king bed, wardrobes and door for added privacy. The master also has a TV in case you want to watch something different than the rest of your friends and family.Do you want to have the game on when you are cooking on the grill? No problem, there is a third TV outside, 32”.

1This RV needs alot of maintenance before it should be allowed to be rented out to the public. I would not recommend this rental. Awning does not work, water leaks onto master bed and floor of living room if it rains, very noisy on the road, windows do not all open and the ones that do have screens that don’t stay in place and there is a leak in the shower as well.

1The RV broke down multiple times, the hosts threatened me and my friends during our trip, they made agreements during our trip and then tried to go back on them. They are currently financially extorting us. Do not rent with them. They should be pulled from the site.

Is there a place where I can leave my car?

I have a shed where I store the Louisiana Lady. While you have the Lady you are welcome to park your car there.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexible. Just call me and we will work it out. I'm available from 6 AM till dark. I don't like to do business after dark. Just give me a heads up so I ca plan.

How will I know how to set up and operate a motor home?
A.
Before you go you will have to get instruction from me on operating the motor home. It will take under two hours. I'll try to answer all your questions so you will have a great experience. Plus I have written instructions for you to take.

I thought Motor Homes required a special License.
A.
No. A valid license is all you need. The motor home drives like a large pick-up truck or a U-Haul Truck. My wife is 4" 7' and she drives it. I just discourage driving after dark.
