Our 2022 Prime Time Avenger is the perfect setup for a family friendly getaway. It sleeps 6 adults very comfortably or 4 adults/4 kids. The camper features AC/Heat, a full bathroom with shower, a huge slide out, and power awning with LED lighting. There is a queen bedroom in the front, a fold down couch, a fold down dinette, and two double bunks in back to sleep the whole family!Delivery and set up available! • Dogs allowed with prior approval and cleaning fee, must be house trained.
• Please keep dogs off the furniture.
• Guests are responsible for properly connecting water, electric, and sewer hookups. Please monitor tank levels during stay.
• Only RV safe toilet paper may be used. Do not flush wipes, feminine products or paper towels.
• Black and Gray tanks must be emptied prior to return unless dump fee is paid.
• No candles inside the camper.
• Awning must be retracted when windy or when not in use.
• Please return camper in the same condition it was received/treat it like you own it.
• If towing your vehicle must be properly equipped with a brake controller.
• Any damage or issues must be reported immediately.
