Please plan your schedule accordingly, as specific delivery or pick-up times cannot be guaranteed.If you are picking up your camper, please arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on your start day. The only way to guarantee specific start or end times is to purchase Priority Check-In and/or Priority Check-Out. Sewer & Water Fees: If your campsite lacks water or sewer hookups, you must pre-pay for Fresh Water Fill and Tank Dump Fees. If you choose NOT to pre-pay these services, all toilets will be sealed with tape for health and safety reasons. Removing the tape will result in an automatic $200 Dump Fee regardless of actual usagePropane Details: Both 20 lb. propane tanks on the front of your rental will be full upon arrival. One tank included; additional tanks $20.00 each ($30.00 for 30 lb. tanks)Generator Policy: We provide both gas and propane-only generators. You'll receive clear instructions before your rental identifying which type you have (along with appropriate fuel - propane tanks or gas can).
