1. Our office is closed on Sundays; we only allow RV returns on Sunday. We do not offer RV pickup/deliveries on Sundays. Any renter choosing to schedule their RV for return on Sunday will be required to sign a Sunday drop off waiver. Same applies to RV returns scheduled on any federal holidays. It will be renters responsibility to be in contact with staff to coordinate returning the RV and to follow the Sunday drop off instructions.

2. Pets: Pets not allowed unless Pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee are included PRIOR to RV departure. If the RV is forced pet friendly (having pet inside without the pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee) There will be a $2,000 fee for any renter who forces the RV to become pet friendly, since this affects our future bookings for non-pet RVs and our customers that have pet allergies.

3. Returning RVs: All RVs must be returned with Black and Grey waste tanks dumped and showing completely empty, propane must be refilled (FULL), and fuel must be FULL upon drop off. A service fee of $150 is charged if RV is returned and waste tank/tanks are not dumped. If propane is not refilled upon drop off there will be a service fee charge of $25 plus the cost per gallon to refill the propane tank. RVs returned without fuel filled will be charged a $25 service fee plus fuel cost (gas is charged at a rate of $6.00 per gallon). RV must be returned in same condition as it was upon departure. RV must be lightly cleaned inside (interior) before scheduled drop off time and day. Exterior of the RV will not need to be clean. Please take these into consideration and plan you trip/drop off time accordingly.

4. RV Return Time: RVs must be returned by 3PM and late RV returns will result in $100 charge after a 30-minute grace period. It will be renters’ responsibility to be in contact with staff to coordinate an exact time of drop off. RV cannot be dropped off without a staff member present, unless given permission prior and waiver was signed.

5. RV Pickup: Pickup times must be confirmed with office staff, any late pickups cannot be guaranteed a time. All video links and documents sent via email (email subject “Must watch walkthrough video links and must-read documents”) All videos for your RV must be watched in full and all attached documentation read in full prior to RV pickup.
