We were disappointed with the condition of this RV. The biggest issue was the awning, which was already in poor condition when we arrived at our campsite. It was so damaged that three adult men had to catch it as we attempted to extend it during normal setup, and we had to tie it to the RV with rope just to keep it attached. The refrigerator also never became cold enough to safely store food. The windshield wipers were worn and needed replacement, the side door repeatedly jammed and would not reliably lock or unlock, and much of the silverware was dirty and had what appeared to be dried ketchup residue on it. We notified the host immediately after returning the RV. While the RV drove us to our destination, it was not in the condition we expected, and I would encourage future renters to thoroughly inspect everything before leaving. I also recommend documenting the condition of the RV with detailed photos and videos before departing, as pre-existing issues may not be obvious until you begin using the equipment.

Solid affordable and reliable RV. Easy check in and fair host. RV has its quirks, but everything worked properly and we had a nice time in Bryce Canyon. Would rent again.
