The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials—making setup at each stop a breeze. The layout was intuitive and comfortable, with plenty of storage and smart features that made life on the road feel effortless. Our family felt right at home. The sleeping arrangements were cozy, the climate control kept everyone comfortable day and night, and there was enough space for us to relax without feeling cramped. My kids absolutely loved the adventure—whether it was playing games at the dinette, spotting wildlife through the windows, or helping set up camp, they were all smiles the entire trip. What really stood out was the owner’s communication. Joseph was very responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip went smoothly. Every question was answered promptly, and pickup/drop-off was organized and stress-free. We took the RV to Big Bear - Serrano Family Campground and it handled beautifully—no mechanical issues, great fuel efficiency, and surprisingly easy to drive for its size. Whether you’re a first-time renter or a seasoned road tripper, this rig is a fantastic choice. Would absolutely rent again.
