Review summary
Responsive communication, punctual service
Chea consistently provided timely responses to all questions, delivered the RV on time, and performed setup with helpful walk-throughs for a top-tier customer experience.
Clean, spacious, amenity-rich comfort
The RV is consistently praised for being clean, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, two showers with hot water, a large fridge, and a fireplace. Some minor suggestions for fold-out couch comfort and kitchen supplies were noted.

5.0My family and I have been using this service several times a year lately. Chea's RV and customer services was top tier. It felt like camping in a five star hotel. I could go on and on but I don't think I would really do justice to what Chea provides. Just book it already and experience it for yourself. Thank you Chea.

5.0Five stars says it all!! The RV was beautiful, in excellent condition and most importantly....CLEAN. We had no issues with it at all. Chea responded in a timely fashion to all of my messages / questions from the very beginning of contacting her. The unit was delivered to the agreed upon location and right on time which was so appreciated given that we had just driven 800 miles. The entire transaction was flawless and I highly recommend this RV and it's host.

5.0We had a wonderful time. Host was very helpful and prompt to respond to questions . The camper is a little pricey but well worth the price if you like the very best of comforts. The unit was set up on time and the host is Great. Only thing I might add is if using the fold out couch as a bed, go to Walmart an get a full size air mattress (49.00) 15 inch thick that way you don't feel any support bars. I have already rented this camper for next years week long campout. I give this camper 100 out of 100 points. I am truly a very picky person and I believe in paying for what you get. This unit will not disappoint you.

5.0The host was fantastic! We loved the camper. It was just as the pictures show. It was clean and had room for our things to be put away. We have rented from some who leave all their personal things in the camper and you have to live out of a suitcase. If you want a great owner, big camper that is clean and comes with everything you need-this is it! We will use them again next year.

5.0The RV was very nice with comfortable beds and furniture. The best part of the RV for us was the 2 showers which both had plenty of hot water. This was the first time that I stayed in a camper without having to take quick showers that were cold after the first 5 minutes or having to wait between showers for the water heater to recover. The only complaint about the trip was the inability of the AC to keep up with the mid afternoon heat. I don't fault the RV though. The Heat index outside was >115. Once the sun went down it cooled off and was perfect overnight. I will definitely rent this camper again if available next year.
