5Jake was always responsive and helpful at all times. He was able to provide a powerstation for our medical needs on short notice. We had a blast on our trip and it was a good van to use as our first campervan experience. We named it the Slow Silver Bullett. The van has seen some wear and tear over the seasons, but she started up every day and got us down the 101 and back up the state. She was a good budget friendly choice. For the next person if everything stays the same: The cooler we received was not the one in the pictures. There was no table. The cast iron skillet was rusted. She gets 15.5 MPG going the speed limit. Bring a fan for air movement at night (f you can't open the back doors). One of the chairs provided was needed to be put back together to work. There is some exposed metal by the passenger seat belt that can slice a hand. There is also a bracket from the previous lift that is a few inches from the passenger's head. We used paper towels for the metal and some clothes to pad the bracket. There is no stool to get into the cabin, so maybe the bracket is supposed to help with the climbing. When we stopped and saw the price of a stool, we decided to deal with it and go mostly in and out the passenger side. The bed was amazing. We were driving and hiking and swimming most days and we always felt rested when we woke up. If you are like us and are interested in what it could be like to live in a van, this is a good option. You will learn a lot about what you must have when thinking about spending money on one. For us, the 1st lesson is to get a van you can stand up it fully. You never know when you going to be trapped in bad weather and have no where to stand.

5Cute van! We added some of our own pillows and blankets and slept so well on the comfy bed. We had some hiccups but Jake went out of his way to support us.
