Great bunkhouse floorplan with lots of features. Sleeps 10 (sleeps 6 adults comfortably) Huge awning, 2 slide outs, outdoor kitchen, huge pass through storage, power tongue jack, solar prep, black tank flush, oversized tank capacities, roof ladder, queen master suite, walk in shower, power vent fans, aluminum steps, sink cover, glass range cover, 17.8 gph quick recovery water heater, 50 amp service and much more. Upgrades include 2nd AC in front bedroom, LED lighting in bunkhouse, new windows in entry doors that enable seeing outside with integrated pull down block out shades, This unit has been meticulously maintained and is in immaculate condition. Has upgraded queen mattress in master bedroom, also memory foam toppers in the bunkhouse. What's includedIncludes fresh bedding, pillows, sleeping bags, fresh towels/wash clothes, fresh dish clothes and drying towels, 6 piece place setting of plates/bowls/silverware, plastic reusable cups, coffee mugs, basic pots and pans, two sets of tongs, spatulas, plastic food storage containers, plastic pitcher, dish soap, RV toilet paper, trash bags, Keurig, fan, two outdoor chairs, small table, large table, outdoor rug.Recommendations If towing, it is highly recommended to pull with a 3/4 ton min.Other things to notePlease refrain from smoking inside the camper.

ive been in a lot of rv rentals the last few year's and this by far was the best one we ever stayed in. very clean they set it up to perfection. everything worked and very comfortable even the smaller beds. Definity good people and great on responding to messages if you have any questions. hoping to book it again next year.

Camper arrived timely and setup . Was very clean and accommodating. Loved larger bathroom off of master bedroom. Hubby loved recliners. Everything worked perfect with our 50 amp generator. Never run out of water . Very nice and friendly host . Loved it and looking to buy similar camper . Thanks so much !!!!
