Note:This unit has a MI state park dnr delivery permit for lawful operation in the park(so you don’t have to worry about the rv being turned around at the gate, must have for 2022 new enforcement rules).Delivered only RV has 3 slides,2 slide outs are large opposing ones that create a large living area, with a wardrobe closet slide out in the bedroom, fireplace, flat screen, DVD surround sound, blue tooth connection and indoor/outdoor speakers. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom and also has a pullout queen size bed in the living room. The 2 recliners can be used to sleep in and fold out almost flat. I also have a cot(if ordered).Comes stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, Rv glasses, mugs, electric skillet for pancakes, games, DVDs and more. Outdoors you will find a propane grill with 1 20 lb propane tank (grill is additional charge), 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor garbage can. I will drop off the rig, set it up completely with slide outs, chairs/grill(if ordered) and everything ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Turn Key!! Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed and pack it up, connect and tow back to the detail shop( I do not allow anyone to move the rig).

This was our first family camping trip and the first time we used Outdoorsy. Let me tell you how incredibly pleased we were with the whole process. We really have to thank Mike and Indianwood RV rentals for the outstanding job they did for us. Let’s start with the RV description and contents. Everything that was listed in the RV contents description was available for use, and everything within the camper was described accurately. We really liked how a list of what you should consider bring for each section of the camper was provided, very helpful. Next, let’s move on to the camper. This camper is very well maintained, clean and had a home like feel. The pictures give an accurate depiction of what you are getting, it’s actually even better in person 😊. Lastly, a few words on Mike. There is one word to sum up Mike, exceptional! Mike was very helpful through the whole process, he answered all our questions in a timely manner and made sure our check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We will definitely be booking another trip in the future and will be recommending Indianwood RV Rentals to anyone looking to book a camper. Q.will you drop off the rv at my house for an extra guest house

Do you have an electrical connection with a 120volt 30 amp receptacle ? If not, you will need to rent my generator if you don't have one.
Also, are there any trees limbs or power lines one the property that would interfere with the rv being parked. I need 12.5 feet of clearance.
Is there a local park or place to dump the rv waste when I pick it up?

No, The reason is this isn't my full time Job. I'm a Realtor and I have to take a day off work to deliver and a day off work to pick it up. I use this peer to peer platform to help pay for the cost of the rv and only rent it out 5-6 times during our short MI rv season. The goal is to help with the costs of ownring it (payments/upkeep/insurance are expensive) You'll see that it varies from 3 nights min during May, June, Sept, oct (very slow time for rv's) to 5 night min during July and August.
Q.Do you allow more then 2 dogs or over 20 pounds
A.
if the dogs are close to 20 pounds it's ok, but no more then 2 max. Also, you can't leave the dogs unattended to in the rv. If you have a dog, there's a one time 50$ pet fee for the week and also an increase in the security deposit to 995. (I've never had to hold a security deposit, but the leather sofa beds cost around 2k so it's possible for something expensive to get destroyed.
