My beautiful fiancée and I are avid travelers. She’s a nurse and I’m a firefighter. On our days off we love to get away. We purchased this RV because we are always traveling. As you walk in, you'll see a queen sized Tempurpedic to the right with a little bedside fan.
More to the left, you'll see the dinette which folds down into a bed for small adults or children.
Finally, the rear side of The Mallard has the bunk bed with 2 twin sized beds. It has a ladder installed to prevent damages to the trailer as well as prevent any injuries getting in and out of the top bed.Directly across from the dinette, is the kitchen area. There is a 3 burner stove with a vent above it. There's also a microwave for quick frozen meals. Frozen meals you say? Yes, frozen meals. The Mallard has a pretty good sized fridge and freezer next to the stove that stays colder than your Ex’s heart.
Coffee maker, filters and coffee will be found in the cabinet under the stove. There is also a pot, pan and a flat griddle for bacon. Finally, there's some seasoning and utensils to cook with.
To the left of the stove, there is a sink with 2 sections which makes it easy to clean your dishes. Please don't put any food or oil into the sink.
Underneath the sink you will find trash bags, sponges, soap, disinfectant sprays and other various items. Bowls, plates, cups, forks, spoons and knives will all be found in the small cabinet above the dinette. The bathroom in The Mallard has a toilet, shower and in the shelf above the toilet you will find extra towels, toilet paper, tide pods, and porta paks.Because we take our precious dogs with us everywhere, we know pets are family too. So, well trained pets are more than welcome! We just ask that you do not allow your pets to climb on the leather cushions so that they don't tear, and to please let us know if you plan on taking a pet so that we can lay down a pet blanket over the lower bunk. What's includedThe Mallard will have fresh linens for each guest. We do not want anyone worried about getting sick so we will be thoroughly cleaning her after each use.To avoid having too much swaying, a weight distribution hitch with sway bars will be included in the rental. The mallard has pots and pans for cooking. It will also have some plates, bowls and utensils. The Tv that’s in there is set up to be able to hook up to a satellite, but we have never done that. We normally just watch Netflix by hooking up our iPhones up to an HDMI cable with an adapter which is will also be included. We will also include a couple of fold up chairs and a fold up grill that’s located in the storage area under the bunks. RecommendationsWe love going out to Fredericksburg. The local wineries are a lot of fun to meet up with friends. We recommend spots around the San Marcos river. Dani and I like to rent some tubes, float the river for a bit, catch a buzz and then come back and watch TV in the camper.Lastly, we would recommend going to the Canton KOA. We just recently went there and they have a beautiful campground. They also have the largest flea market in the US. It’s a lot of fun to go shop and bargain out there. Other things to noteIt would be appreciated if the outdoor shower was used to try to clean up before getting back in the Mallard.Pets are allowed but please try to avoid any accidents. And no smoking inside the camper. Thanks!

Hi there!
My name is Garth and my wife's name is Dani. We just had a beautiful daughter. We have two dogs that love to travel with us and a jerk cat who stays at home.
When we have time off we like to travel to new places. We pack up the dogs and our Ellie girl and head to places that aren't that far away. Some of our favorite places to go include the following:
Lake Livingston state Park
Brazos bend state park
The vineyards of Fredericksburg RV park
