Well maintained and in excellent condition, it worked exactly as I had hoped. Jim, the owner, was able to deliver and pick it up and did a great job managing all that. He also gave a good run thru of using the travel trailer. We would definitly book with him again.

For the 1st is a disaster (disappointed). The sink is leak & we can’t use it for all 9 days trip. The 1st night the batteries shut down in the middle of the night (24F). The camper is new but need to fix things by myself. The people from outudoorsy tried to get money from my account without technician help. Customer service is very bad. The owner of the camper is very stupid.

The owner, Jim, is a true professional. He was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding when it came to meeting up, teaching me about his trailer and closing the deal. The trailer was clean and everything worked great. Jim even allowed me to use his weight distribution hitch and went out to buy a new generator that I could use on the trip. I would absolutely rent Jim's Grey Wolf again!
