Review summary
Highly responsive and accommodating
Carlie and Joey are praised for quick replies, accommodating last-minute requests, schedule changes, and offering delivery/pickup. They are helpful and easy to work with, though one renter reported unresolved issues with damages and a non-functional water heater.
Tows great and is well-maintained
The trailer is consistently described as clean, comfortable, spacious (for up to 5 people), and in great shape. It includes solar power and useful add-ons. One renter noted a non-functional water heater, limited cooking pans, and generator's fuel consumption.

5.0Carlie was amazing! So quick to reply to every message. She was able to accommodate a late request for the booking and was even able to get a repair done before delivering the trailer to us. The trailer was perfect and met all of our needs. The queen bed was comfortable and my husband slept better in it than he had in the 5 hotels we had stayed in the days leading up the trip. It was nice to be able to add on the camp chairs as we were coming in from out of town on the end of a road trip and didn't have any with us. I would rent this trailer again or another from Carlie without hesitation. Thank you Carlie for making this part of our vacation a possibility!

2.0The host was responsive. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing additional pans. What is provided is two small pans and a kettle. There is no rug for the door. Some of these things seem basic for a camper. The water heater did not work. The host was responsive and tried to troubleshoot. However it never ended up working. We went without showers for the whole trip which is one of the reasons we rent a trailer instead of tent camping. In addition we were charged for “breaking” the fridge door. The fridge door was functioning how we received it the entire time. When I got the message from the host that we would be charged to repair it, they mentioned the door was fragile and has broken before. If it was in fact broken, it would have been nice to know how to use it properly so we didn’t “break” it. We were unaware that the sink was plastic I put a pan in the sink and I guess it burnt the plastic, about the size of a quarter. We were also charged for this. I tried working through this with the host but had to file an official dispute with outdoorsy. The host was kind but ultimately didn’t resolve the issue and charged

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Do you deliver inside Zions National Park?
A.
We do not currently offer delivery inside National parks due to the high cost of commercial use permits at the parks. You can pick it up and drive it in yourself, or reach out if you have specific questions! We are happy to deliver to any campground that is located outside of the park in Springdale, Virgin etc.
Q.
What size hitch and ball are required to tow the trailer?
A.
The ball size is 2 - 5/16. We have a hitch and ball available for you to use that also has sway bars. We recommend using this for the best and safest towing experience.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are happy to work with you on pick up and drop off times or delivery, just let us know! Our goal is to help make sure you are comfortable using the RV, are able to tow it safely, and have a great time!
