The trailer also has cozy bunk-beds and a kitchen table that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, Electric Fireplace, and two gas burners. What's includedOur Camper comes very clean with flat panel Roku-TV, DVD player, Coffee Maker, Cups, Bowls, Plates, Pots and Pans, Cooking utensils, Outdoor cooktop/burner, Propane Grill, Bluetooth Speaker, Games, Camping Lights, Outdoor Rug(12'x10'), (1)6ft Table, & (1) Reclining Chair. We can deliver within 200 miles of Hutto, TX.All Rentals include a adequate supply of RV Holding Tank Treatment depending on the length of your trip.Also Includes: Spare Tire, wheel chocks, Lug Wrench, Grease Gun & Grease, Latex Gloves, Clearing Supplies, Broom/ Dust Pan, & Portable RV Waste water tank with wheels and tow hitch for extended stays. (Both the spare and portable tank are mounted on back bumper)Recommendations Lake Georgetown, Bastrop State Park, Granger, Inks Lake, or any of the always charming Texas State Parks.Other things to noteNO OFF-ROAD use of any kind.Dogs are welcome, no cats please (2 dog max.) Pet damaged will be deducted from your deposit. You must clean-up after your pet. No festivals, Tailgating, or Smoking Please.No Beach camping, please. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit for excessive mud, sand, or pet clean-up.You must empty all tanks( Grey, Black, & Fresh) and remove all trash before returning.All dishes & cooking gear must be washed and returned to proper location.Cleaning fees will be charged if the unit is returned, with soiled/stained mattress & cushions, or with full tanks, dirty dishes, & trash. This Coleman camper was a great way to spend the weekend. The inside is exactly as you see. Very clean and comfortable with all we needed for a family of 4. Matt quickly responded to our request and was very helpful with getting us set up. I recommend this camper and would definitely reserve again. Thanks Matt!
