Heads up, beach buddies, if the place needs more than the usual post-stay sparkle session, there may be some extra cleaning charges. Stuff like mystery smells, major stains, pet hair tumbleweeds, smoke cleanup, trash overloads, or anything that requires the pros in hazmat-level flip-flops can add to the bill. Most extra cleaning costs cruise somewhere between $100–$1500 depending on how gnarly the cleanup mission gets. • No cats, please . As much as we love furry friends, we keep the RV cat-free to help avoid allergy issues for future guests and staff members. • Dogs are welcome with prior approval. 
Please clean up after your pup and help us keep the RV fresh and cozy for the next adventure crew. • No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use inside the RV. Lingering odors in RVs are extremely difficult to remove and may result in additional deep-cleaning or odor-remediation charges. • Please return the RV with the same fuel and propane levels. 
That way everyone starts their trip ready to roll without surprise pit stops. • Be kind to the tanks 🚽
Please empty black and gray tanks before return unless dump service has been arranged ahead of time. Nobody wants a surprise science experiment at check-in • Festivals, off-road driving, and mud-bogging missions are not permitted. 
Our little home-on-wheels prefers beach vibes over apocalypse mode. • Please avoid climbing on the roof unless approved . 
RV roofs are more delicate than they look and repairs can get pricey fast. • Guests are responsible for tolls, tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period . 
SunPass makes life easier for everybody! • Late returns can affect incoming guests .
