Private Bathroom with a toilet and tub/shower, AC and heater, full camper sized fridge and freezer and two burner gas stove top, hook ups for your phone to play through the inside or outside speakers. It has an outside shower to spray off extra dirt before entering. Comes with 4 camping chairs and 6 hot dog roasting sticks. Convenient storage compartments inside and out.
We can deliver the trailer to participating campgrounds, ask us about our delivery fees.

4 bath towels, 4 wash clothes, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, toilet bowel brush, RV specific toilet paper, small garbage can with bags.

Dishes include: Service for 4 (dinner plates, salad plates, bowels, water cups, hot drink cups&lids, spoons, forks, knives, stake knives), 2 serving spoons, chefs knifes, measuring spoons&cups, cutting mat, mixing bowls, water/juice pitcher, Cooking utensils set, pots & pans, electric toaster, electric coffee pot, stove top coffee pot, hot pads, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap.
Broom & dust pan.
Fresh pillows and bedding for bunkbeds and the full size bed.

We pride ourselves in providing a clean and fully sanitized trailer for your adventure as well as the adventure after yours. To make that a possibility we ask that you take good care of our trailer while you have it. We have provided an outdoor rug to help from tracking in unnecessary dirt, Please use it. Please make sure to clean your dishes, un-make beds, put used towels in bath tub, sweep, and empty the holding tanks before you return it. We will do a thorough cleaning from there.
No smoking, No vaping, No drugs!
This trailer has an electric awning. It is susceptible to wind damage. Please retract the awning any time the wind is blowing, or when you are leaving the campsite. Damage to the awning can result in forfeiture of your security deposit and any additional charges that maybe required to repair it.
